These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and kkkfb ("the Platform") governing your access to and use of the kkkfb website at https://kkkfb.ws, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and any other features accessible through the platform. These Terms apply to all registered users of kkkfb regardless of the device or network used to access the platform.

kkkfb reserves the right to close or restrict any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe the eligibility criteria are not met, without prior notice. Any balance held in a closed ineligible account will be handled in accordance with kkkfb's standard account closure procedures.

Registration requires a valid mobile phone number, which acts as your primary account identifier. You must provide your accurate date of birth, full legal name and any other information reasonably requested by kkkfb.

kkkfb operates a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport or driving licence — at registration, when requesting a withdrawal, or whenever kkkfb has reason to verify your account information. Failure to provide KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals.

• You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Your registered mobile number must remain active and in your personal possession at all times. Loss of access must be reported to kkkfb support immediately.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• kkkfb reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any stage, including requesting additional documentation, to meet its compliance obligations.

kkkfb supports deposits and withdrawals in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts. All payment transactions are subject to minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts displayed at the time of the transaction. kkkfb does not charge internal fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy prevents money laundering and protects the security of your funds. kkkfb reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including KYC verification and proof of payment method ownership.

Bonuses credited to your kkkfb account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times using real-money bets before a withdrawal request will be accepted.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• kkkfb reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited if the account is closed before the wagering requirement is met.

• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the limited period stated on the promotion page. Unused free spins expire at the end of that stated validity period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkkfb, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or system failure, even if kkkfb has been advised of the possibility of such damages. kkkfb's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

kkkfb does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures and other events outside kkkfb's reasonable control may result in temporary platform unavailability. kkkfb will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance wherever possible.

kkkfb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 5; KYC verification has not been completed within the specified timeframe; or kkkfb has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, money laundering or other criminal activity associated with the account.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. kkkfb will not be liable for any losses arising from account suspension or closure where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms.

kkkfb reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects the rights or obligations of players — kkkfb will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via your registered contact method. Your continued use of kkkfb after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
